Return Process

  Ensure your boots have only been worn indoors on carpeted surfaces and show no signs of tread wear, creasing, or scuffing.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a refund.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the boots back in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Processing
