In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom or made-to-order boots, please allow 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production and quality inspection before dispatch.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, brand-new condition. Please ensure you try them on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as damaged or worn items cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, all JK Boots come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care.
Can my boots be resoled or repaired?
Absolutely. Our boots feature a Goodyear welt construction, which means they are fully rebuildable. We offer professional resoling services to extend the life of your boots for years to come.
